Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your hydration experience, but if you are not satisfied, you can return unopened products within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on food products and accessories that remain in their original, sealed packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unopened waterdrop® cubes or accessories in their original shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
