Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your delivery status.

Are your products suitable for diabetics or those on a keto diet?

Yes, our Microdrinks are sugar-free and contain less than 5 calories per serving, making them suitable for diabetics and those following a ketogenic lifestyle.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy for unopened and unused products. Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened beverage packs or used accessories.

Are the glass and steel bottles dishwasher safe?

Our glass bottles are dishwasher safe; however, we recommend hand-washing the bamboo caps. Our Edition steel bottles should be hand-washed only to preserve the integrity of the vacuum insulation and outer finish.
